Gorazd in Manca sta naju z Janžem v soboto povabila na zaključno smuko te dolge smučarske sezone. Odpeljali smo se do konca ceste oziroma parkirišča cesarja Franca Jožefa (Kaiser Franz Josefs Hohe), visoko nad ledenikom Pasterca oziroma kar je od le-tega še ostalo.

Nadaljevali smo skozi tunele proti Oberwalderhutte in po uri pešačenja stopili na smuči. Temperature so bile to jutro prijetno osvežilne, saj se je na lužah naredila ledena skorjica, sneg pa temu primerno lepo pomrznjen in ugoden za hojo. Vreme nam je lepo služilo, enako tudi razmere. Razgled na avstrijskega prvaka in ledeniški ambient pa turo prijetno popestri in naredi zanimivo, še posebej, če se v takem svetu, tako kot Janž, giblješ prvič.
